Local alternative with a personal touch

Several large national companies provide outplacement services. They often do a good job.  However, the feedback we get from many employees is that these services often seem impersonal and unaware of the local environment.

CSA Outplacement and Career Coaching provides a local alternative to the large firms. Our coaches are hiring professionals deeply engaged in the local, regional and national job market every day. They knew the names of the local companies and showed our employees how to go online to apply for openings.
